Adult Classes & Workshops 

Throughout the year, we offer various workshops and courses for teens and adults in partnership with the Tacoma Nature Center, University of Puget Sound's Slater Natural History Museum and the Falcon Research Group. Check back often to see which classes are coming up!

Advanced Birding with Ken Brown

Ages 18 and up, $130/Audubon members, $150/non-member

Join us for an exploration of spring birds and summer birds and shorebirds of Washington. Learn about the status of state birds, migrations, molt and bird songs. This class is for those who have a good background in bird identification. Four field trips include May 9-10 to the coast, May 16 or 23, location TBD, June 6-7 to Potholes and June 19-22 Central Washington. Class meets at Tacoma Nature Center.
